Patient Story Videos
The ARCHI Patient Story library has been expanded to include videos.
Patient, carer and staff stories help us understand the way our system feels to the people within it. They show us what to celebrate and inspire us to improve our service and the environment in which our staff deliver care.
It is hoped that by gaining a better understanding of real experiences, health professionals will be inspired to initiate and implement strategies that will deliver better future experiences.
